Caspian Enterprises, Inc. was founded by Mir Azizi 30 years ago in Houston, Texas. We’ve been on the frontier alongside other adventurous developers shaping key pockets of our city. We were in Rice Military before any residential development, in Midtown when it was called SouthEnd and in EaDo before there was an EaDo.

And we are a family run and operated business. Over the years each family member has contributed to the vision of this company with their different talents and skills from design to operations to project management to business development. Also, we are powered by an amazing team that we consider an extension of our family. We couldn’t do it without them!
