We bring historic buildings back to life in Houston, Texas.

The Sanctuary Lofts

45 units nestled in the heart of the Eastwood Community. Initially this building was named Eastwood Community Church in 1919 and later the Church of the Redeemer.

We fell in love with the architecture and structure of this complex. We feared the building would be torn down for economic efficiency as history shows, so we decided to develop the building despite economic hurdles and deed restrictions. Before plans began, we decommissioned the church and the organ and historic mural were donated to other active churches in Texas.

This is a truly unique complex in one of our favorite neighborhoods in Houston. We can’t wait for it to be up and running!

Sampson Lofts

Built in 1913 and 1928, these historic buildings originally were operated by the Waddell’s Housefurnishing Company and renovated by Caspian Enterprises in 2017. The 4-story building was honored with a Good Brick Award by Preservation Houston showcasing our vision to restore this historic building.

Sampson Lofts is an exciting place to call home for those looking for an urban lifestyle. It is just blocks away from the light rail, at the edge of the art & culture neighborhood of EaDo and less than a mile from the stadiums and parks in downtown Houston.

The Wagon Works Complex was renovated in 2004 preserving the original charm of this 1910 building. It now houses art studios, commercial studios and residential lofts with each unit offering a unique floor plan.

These units are open studios with high ceilings up to 14 feet, exposed structural elements such as bricks, beans, columns as well as original wood or concrete flooring.
